Feel exhausted with everything life throws at you? Sometimes it all feels overwhelming, and you feel you need a mental break to recharge your batteries. We need to take care of our mental health as well as our physical health and with hypnotherapy you can do both.

Although undoubtably a massage is relaxing, sometimes its hard to relax because your mind is still in overdrive of all the things you should be doing instead! In a therapeutic hypnotherapy session, I use PMR ( progressive muscle relaxation) and so your body feels deeply and intensely relaxed, before working on relaxing your mind. The activity in your central nervous system becomes decreased, your blood pressure lowers, and your breathing slows down, giving you a wonderful sense of calm as deep relaxation envelops you mentally and physically.

My clients have described this as blissful rest, or a holiday for the body and mind. This shift of mental and physical calmness leaves you feeling refreshed and invigorated. You will find that it doesn’t only result in better sleep, the ripple effect of your lighter, more positive mood affects those you love and those around you, therefore improving relationships.

Group therapy can be great for rest and relaxation, I have found this to be beneficial too after a group workout class. Individual needs cannot be catered for, as a one-to -one session for any personal issues and a therapy plan would be needed. However if the group are all looking to achieve the same goal,( confidence building, controlling stress and anxiety, overcoming certain habits) hypnotherapy and the support of other group members are a powerful combination!

Hypnotherapy Sessions

I offer a block of 6 hypnotherapy sessions, the first lasting 11/2 hours and the rest are 1 hr each. You will have a personal bespoke, treatment plan made just for you! This is to ensure that every issue that contributes to your well being, is dealt with.

Coping Techniques

Alongside hypnotherapy , as a master practitioner , I will teach you EFT ( emotional freedom technique) and other coping techniques. This will empower you to take control of your thoughts and anxieties. They will no longer control you!
