Have good habits, such as brushing our teeth, but are you feeling that you have a habit that is causing you harm, to your physical or mental health? It may be alcoholism, smoking or overeating, or something else you are finding a compulsion to do. It is important to get to the root of this habit as this repetitive behaviour causes it to become an addiction. You may start to feel guilty as you hide your addiction from family and friends, and this can make you feel isolated and alone.

Or you may have a habit that is driving you to distraction, causing you stress and upset? Such as skin picking, nail biting, bruxism (teeth grinding) or hair and eyelash pulling (trichotillomania).

With the non-judgemental approach of hypnotherapy, you can help control habits that become compulsions, by communicating with the unconscious part of the mind, and exploring the triggers that cause the unhealthy repetitive behaviour.

Hypnotherapy Sessions

I offer a block of 6 hypnotherapy sessions, the first lasting 11/2 hours and the rest are 1 hr each. You will have a personal bespoke, treatment plan made just for you! This is to ensure that every issue that contributes to your well being, is dealt with.

Coping Techniques

Alongside hypnotherapy , as a master practitioner , I will teach you EFT ( emotional freedom technique) and other coping techniques. This will empower you to take control of your thoughts and anxieties. They will no longer control you!
