As an ex-needle phobic myself

I completely relate to the sense of overwhelming fear that takes over, when confronted with that particular situation, that frightens you so much that absolute panic sets in. You can’t sleep, or you are constantly fretting if you know that a situation may arise that forces you to face your phobia.

Does your heart beat rapidly and you feel light-headed? Does the sense of panic you feel make your breath quicken and you feel like you just want to run away? Or perhaps feel you tearful and emotional?

It’s no good others trying to embarrass you by saying you are being silly, as unless they have your particular phobia, they really cannot understand how you are feeling. Your phobia is often developed from learnt behaviour e.g. If a parent exhibited fear of a spider when you were a young child, the chances are you have learnt that behaviour.

Otherwise, it has come from a trauma that you may or may not remember. Through hypnotherapy, we can find out the root of where, why and when, your phobia started and re-address it, reducing your distress and fear.

Coping mechanisms will be put in place to help you to stay calm, be rid of the panic and say goodbye to your phobia. I for one, found it life changing, as once I had overcome my fear of needles, I was happy having vaccinations to travel and see places I had always wanted to visit. It made me so much more confident, as I thought that if I had overcome this overwhelming fear, I could do anything!

Can you imagine how you will feel, being free of your phobia? You won’t have to avoid situations or miss out on great experiences, because you are so afraid of facing your fear, as that overwhelming panic has gone…That is so liberating!

Hypnotherapy Sessions

I offer a block of 6 hypnotherapy sessions, the first lasting 11/2 hours and the rest are 1 hr each. You will have a personal bespoke, treatment plan made just for you! This is to ensure that every issue that contributes to your well being, is dealt with.

Coping Techniques

Alongside hypnotherapy , as a master practitioner , I will teach you EFT ( emotional freedom technique) and other coping techniques. This will empower you to take control of your thoughts and anxieties. They will no longer control you!
